You can order items directly from our web site store by viewing our products, adding them to the secure shopping cart server, and following the instructions. You can also order by mail, phone or fax:

Guarantee
All of Tariki Studio's designs are original and, to the best of our knowledge, unique. Artworks for sale on these web pages are all one of a kind. These include signed original ceramic artworks as well as pieces made of metal, wood, glass, plastic, mixed media, and stone.
Storage
Tariki Studio ceramics pieces are high-fired stoneware; they are impervious to temperature changes. However, they must not be left submerged in water during freezing temperatures because water expansion may cause cracking or breaking.
Shipping
Tariki Studio will ship via UPS or Federal Express.
We ship online orders anywhere in the U.S. and Canada via UPS. You will see the shipping charges for your order prior to placing order.
To avoid damage in transit, we use great care in packing your order.
Your order is shipped insured for the full value of the merchandise.
UPS/ Federal Express will not handle oversized items (over 150 pounds in actual or dimensional weight). Please call us with the delivery address, phone number for shipper convenience, and all other necessary information so we can schedule freight delivery. Please contact us for a detailed Freight shipping quote.
Delivery
We make every attempt to ship within 2 business days following receipt of your order. If we are unable to ship promptly, we will email you with an estimated shipment date.
If the destination of your artwork is within the northeastern United States, Tariki Studio may be able to deliver and place the piece our selves.
International Delivery
Items shipped to destinations outside the United States may also require duties and brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and are subject to each country's requirements. All work is shipped as a "Work of Art." All items are shipped fully insured. For added cost Tariki Studio can arrange door-to-door delivery in some countries. Please call us for more information.
Returns

You must return artwork within 14 days.
Refunds for returned artwork will be issued in the same method as given.
Artworks that are "Made to order" may not be returned. Tariki Studio will provide photographs for approval prior to shipping.
Work being shipped outside of the US or Canada is not returnable.
How to Return Artwork
Contact Tariki Studio by either calling (877) 807-6298 or e-mailing us to obtain return instructions.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return back to the artist. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit.
Artworks damaged in transit
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us toll free, (877) 807-6298 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
